A disappointing outing in Div 6NW(N) for Sutton's mix of veterans and juniors. The unfamiliar bouncy pitch did not help, nor did playing the form team of the division, but when you concede goals to a crass misjudgement by an otherwise exemplary goalkeeper, another to an unlucky deflected own goal from a shot that was heading wide and have three penalty strokes awarded against you, it is a fair bet that you will struggle to take much away from the game. Sutton did fight hard though, with Harry Synnott, Lewis Shooter, Dan Oldfield and Matt Portass all acquitting themselves well.
